New-ness

So, I got a new phone today. How did this happen? Why am I so friggan happy?

Answers:
How? Dad finally decided to extend our Verizon phone plan. He was thinking of changing phone plan providers and that is why I was waiting on getting a new phone. My old one, having horrible black blotches due to dropping, needed replacing months ago. I have been told that this is my biethday present and that I should expect nothing on the 29th.

Happy? Ridiculously.  Much more than I was expecting. This is so fast and not broken and slick. I seriously love this thing. My old phone was 3 years old!! My tech was old and this tech is not old. It is amazing!

Merry Christmas!!

Today was a very Doctor Who day, but alas I'm getting ahead of myself. This day started as Christmas and remained Christmas for a good amount of the day, but at some point it changed to Doctor Who day. I started this day with coffee and a shower. By the time. I got out everyone was awake and enjoying coffee. It was not long before we started opening presents. It was a blast as we took turns being surprised. I had forgotten the order that I opened all the goodies in:

It is quite abit of stuff. I'm totally happy with it all. Surprized by a bunch of it. 

We started making food. I just wanted to sit and watch the Doctor Who episode that have been recording since yesterday. I set up the all of the 7th season to record. Crazy. 

Needless to say I had to keep stopping to help with food. Mom demanded Snickerdoodle cookies. 

I was still forcing everyone to watch it even as we ate. At 7pm Mom requested a break from The Doctor. So we watched the end of KungFu Panda 2. It was neat and all. At 9pm we switched back to Doctor Who for Time of the Doctor. I am a happy Lyssa.

Everyone else wanted to sleep. I took my watching to my room where I watched the 50th Anniversary special. Ya. I know wrong order. I was sort of trying to watch alot with very little time. I will watch everything in due time. ^_^

Okay. I was wondering around Twitter when i saw this. Now, I've been watching far too much Doctor Who than one person should be watching and thus I read this as "Aquarius will never reveal their innermost feelings unless you are  The Doctor with an awesome TARDIS."

Signs of Life

So I decide to post a bunch of doodles. These start from Sept. 9 (right before my trip SouthWest).

We were watching FaceOff and the had the sub terrain prompt, so I drew a mole creature.  

When I realized that it needed to be more human-like I redesigned him.

During the flights I drew alot of him. 

A bit of a selfie.

Okay, so Lyssa doodles when talking to people and when she is tired. I was tired alot during this trip.

This set of images are all basically the same. My Aunt had this monkey beanie monkey and one morning I decided to draw it using my iPad. I did pull out my tablet pen to get better details.

I used three different programs on my iPad, so I have my progress saved. 

And that is it. Next time I'll have a sketchbook edition.
